This role will support financial discipline around P&L visibility, margin improvement, and business performance in a leading Information Technology company. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation, influencing enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Belmont, CA – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual strategic planning process to align corporate and departmental objectives
  • Drive finance transformation initiatives like ERP enhancements and process automation
  • Develop financial models and business cases for market entries and investments
  • Provide leadership on large projects, integrating Finance, Product, and Sales operations
  • Analyze growth initiatives and recommend strategies for revenue and margin expansion
  • Communicate strategic progress and financial metrics to executive stakeholders
  • Implement advanced analytics and reporting tools for enhanced business insights

Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent work experience in a high-growth corporate environment
  • 10+ years in corporate strategy, management consulting, or finance transformation roles
  • Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills for data-driven strategy
  • Experience leading large-scale cross-functional transformations and change management
  • Strong communication skills to influence executives and board stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and industry trends
  • Expertise in modern finance technology stacks, such as NetSuite or Anaplan

Pay

$200,000 – $250,000 annually
