We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings using

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate etc. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting: It's a job description for Contracts Management Director. We need sections: About the role (maybe a summary), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections that have real content. Let's extract content: - About the role: The first paragraph describes Fleet Data Centers and the role: "Fleet Data Centers designs... seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contracts Management Director...". Could be considered About the role. - Responsibilities: The bullet list after "How will you make a difference?" includes responsibilities: Lead commercial negotiations across a diverse portfolio... etc. Also earlier: "Reporting directly to the Vice President... you will lead the commercial strategy and the prepositioning of EPC contracts...". So responsibilities include those. - Requirements: The "Required Qualifications" section includes many bullet points: Bachelor's degree..., 10+ years..., etc. Also "Required Traits And Skills" maybe considered Skills. - Qualifications: Could be separate from Requirements? Usually Requirements = qualifications. But we have both "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". So we can have a Requirements section for required qualifications, and maybe a Skills section for required traits and skills? Or we can combine. - Skills: The "Required Traits And Skills" list includes integrity, communication, EQ, strategic thinking, etc. Also "Preferred Qualifications" includes some skills like knowledge of supply chain sustainability, CLM proficiency, etc. - Benefits: The paragraph: "Fleet Data Centers employees enjoy competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including 100% employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K program, standard paid holidays, and unlimited PTO." - Pay: "Expected Salary Range $190,000 - $210,000 + Discretionary Bonus." - Schedule: Not explicitly mentioned. There's location and travel: "Work location is flexible to Seattle, WA, Denver, CO, Austin, TX, or Alexandria, VA. 100% Remote employees will be considered on an individual basis. Regular travel, as needed, to Fleet offices as well as to meet with vendors." That's more about location/travel, not schedule. No explicit schedule like full-time, hours. So we should not create a Schedule section because no specific schedule content. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine required qualifications), Skills (required traits and skills + maybe preferred qualifications?), Benefits, Pay. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to use

    for each section heading. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove the EEO statement, the note about visa sponsorship, the note about assistance applying, the "NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive." etc. Also remove "Fleet Data Centers Employment" heading? That's maybe part of benefits but we can incorporate benefits paragraph. We need to keep location/travel info? It's not a section heading but could be part of About the role or Responsibilities? It's not a duty/requirement/benefit. It's more about work location. Could be included in About the role as prose. But we need to decide where to place. Since we have no specific section for location, we could include it in About the role paragraph. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

      Contracts Management Director

. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

We should not include Schedule section. Check for any duplicated content: We have included all substantive info. We removed EEO, visa sponsorship note, application assistance note, note about job description not all-inclusive, etc. We kept location/travel in About the role. We kept "Required Traits And Skills" as Skills section, plus preferred qualifications as part of Skills (prefixed with Preferred:). That's okay. We need to ensure we didn't invent or summarize away detail. We kept all details. Check if any content missing: The "How will you make a difference?" bullet list we captured as responsibilities. The earlier paragraph about reporting to VP and leading commercial strategy we included in About the role. The "Work with Systems and Operations teams across Supply Chain to establish contract management systems, governance procedures, and commercial controls." included. "Work with Legal to develop templates, negotiation plans, and commercial standards that improve consistency and efficiency." included. "Partnering closely with legal while maintaining ownership of commercial outcomes." included. "Support multiple high-value complex agreements simultaneously within a dynamic, fast-paced environment." included. We also included "Lead commercial negotiations across a diverse portfolio of complex agreements (e.g., EPC to include BTM, BESS, etc.)" etc. We included "Negotiate and manage major EPC, engineering, construction, and contractor furnished/contractor installed equipment along with prepositioning related service contracts (e.g., O&M)."
