Key Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in Peacock’s content portfolio and audience behavior, serving as a trusted thought partner to senior stakeholders across content development and strategy
- Translate complex analyses, streaming KPIs, and methodologies into clear, compelling written and verbal narratives tailored to diverse audiences, including senior creative executives and external partners
- Oversee the data requirements, design, development, and ongoing maintenance of data products that enable scalable, self-service access to insights across NBCU
- Partner closely with Consumer Insights to shape research agendas and deliver integrated, holistic perspectives on content performance and audience engagement
- Contribute to cross-platform performance analyses, providing critical Peacock-centered insights that help contextualize NBCU’s broadcast and cable content performance
- Guide the communication of content performance to external partners when contractually required or strategically valuable to business relationships
- Collaborate with key deal-making and content stakeholders (including Acquisitions, Originals, Finance, Programming, and Strategy) to design and execute analyses that directly support commercial and strategic initiatives
- Own projects end-to-end, from framing and planning through execution and delivery, ensuring outputs are timely, accurate and aligned with business objectives
- Champion data democratization, performance storytelling, and data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing, high-output analytics team while fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and equitable culture within NBCUniversal
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in the media and entertainment industry, with a strong track record of working with large, complex datasets and advanced analytical tools
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, confidently, and persuasively with stakeholders at all levels, especially creative execs, and comfort presenting and speaking extemporaneously in senior forums
- Strong working knowledge of the streaming/media landscape and a love and appreciation for great content
- Strategic, outcome-oriented thinker with the ability to derive insights, conclusions, and recommendations from ambiguous or unstructured data from disparate sources
- Hightly collaborative leader with strong intellectual curiosity, accountability, detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to drive projects of varying scope with clarity and purpose
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant quantitative or analytical field required
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Tableau
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in relevant field
- Understanding of Nielsen measurement methodology and experience analyzing Nielsen data, both traditional and streaming content/platform
- Experience supervising entry-level and mid-career employees

- Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

- Salary range: $130,000 - $200,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible).
