Responsibilities
- Lead a team of over 40 employees responsible for Consulting Delivery
- Lead a team of Consulting Portfolio Owners responsible for achieving bookings and revenue targets aligned to our global objectives
- The accountable leader for financial forecasting, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction for the AEC team
- Develop and execute against strategic plans that ensure the AEC delivery team meets organizational objectives, contributes to customer success, and strong employee engagement
- Become a strategic business partner to Sales leadership teams by presenting ideas, leading discussions and formulating solutions
- Partner with the channel organization and outside vendors to develop a high quality "as needed" project talent pool
- Collaborate with other Autodesk Enterprise Customer Success leaders to ensure the highest level of professional services for all of Autodesk Enterprise Customer Success stakeholders worldwide
- Regularly interact with executives and/or major customers. Interactions frequently involve special skills, such as negotiating with customers or management or attempting to influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization
- Responsible for selection, mentoring, coaching, performance management and assessment, and rewards and recognition. This includes team building with those from other units who participate on projects
- Ensure proper performance management and rewards/recognition guidelines are followed within own team
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a manager of managers, achieving booking and revenue targets for the Consulting business of a technology company, and a solid understanding of services business fundamentals to include utilization optimization, margin performance, and global delivery models
- Enthusiastic and creative leader with the proven ability to inspire others
- Experience developing close working relationships with major account sales teams and other functional groups
- Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
- Established track record of accountability and responsibility for deliverables in a professional services organization
- Demonstrated ability in creating a culture of integrity, while striving for excellent customer service
- Proven expertise in recruiting, training, developing, and inspiring diverse and highly accomplished professionals – both at the manager and individual contributor level
- Influence at all levels of the customers' organizations, negotiating win-win solutions, ensuring customers are over-satisfied with the performance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Pay
- Salary range: $141,000 - $252,890
