Director, Consulting

For our client, a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space, we are seeking a Director of Consulting to drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to drive unified program execution for campus transformation initiatives
• Establish PMO standards, governance, and tools for program execution across projects and regions
• Map and communicate with stakeholders, acting as a central point for information sharing
• Craft data-driven insights and present findings to senior leaders for informed decision-making
• Design and facilitate interactive workshops to foster collaboration among participants
• Oversee major consolidation activities and provide strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage interdependencies, risks, and issues across multiple workstreams

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program leadership/management experience, particularly in workplace/real estate programs
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP/MSP certification and advanced degree preferred
• Extensive experience in leading large-scale workplace transformation and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong understanding of real estate and construction project delivery processes, from feasibility to commissioning
• Proficiency in change management principles and stakeholder engagement

Pay

$150,000 – $190,000 annually
