About the role

This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the operational leadership of the Pricing Operations Group, driving agenda-setting and decision framing
  • Develop and manage the global pricing tracker and reporting infrastructure for data integrity and access control
  • Steward pricing corridor frameworks and lead continuous improvement of governance processes
  • Lead the forecast consensus process, ensuring a reconciled view of demand and assumptions
  • Enhance forecast transparency through collaboration with Commercial, Finance, and Supply chain partners
  • Manage the Global Commercial KPI governance framework alongside Finance to define metrics and data sources
  • Create executive dashboards and insights that connect data to actionable business outcomes
  • Support strategic decision-making with analyses and business cases relating to commercial implications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Life Sciences, or related discipline
  • 10+ years of experience within the biopharmaceutical industry
  • Direct experience in Market Access or Pricing, with exposure to pricing governance
  • Proven ability to lead complex initiatives in global, matrixed organizations without direct authority
  • Strong analytical, financial, and executive reporting skills, including proficiency in Power BI and Excel
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a knack for turning problems into actionable strategies while maintaining relationships
  • Experience with global pricing governance frameworks and distributor-based commercial models

Pay

$235,700 – $291,200 annually
