About the role

Help to lead Known’s approach to full-funnel, 360 advertising on a new and exciting account.
Understanding the client’s overall business objectives
Work closely with the other members on the Strategy, Social and Creative and Production teams
Oversee the health and growth of our client relationships

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience at an advertising or marketing agency
  • Experience leading top-tier client accounts
  • End-to-end project management experience from statement of work and finance set-up through execution
  • Ability to think strategically, analytically, and proactively about diverse business problems
  • Experience orchestrating cross-functional project teams, especially virtual teams, with confidence
  • Proven experience building deep relationships with clients
  • Ability to manage and be accountable for client satisfaction and retention
  • Superb communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Passion for managing quality and accuracy
  • A love for building presentations in PowerPoint and Slides and making other people’s slides better
  • Familiarity with basic Excel, and research methodologies and concepts are a plus
  • Experience working in a fast-paced – and a fast-growing – agency environment

The base salary for this position is $135K-$155K.

This range is posted in compliance with state and municipal Pay Transparency laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to receive additional Known benefits.
