Core Responsibilities
- Support the VP of Division in delivering premium service to key accounts
- Develop and close new business opportunities aligned with divisional goals
- Create quotes, manage contracts, and oversee the full sales and service lifecycle
- Cultivate strong, long-term client relationships—driving year-over-year revenue growth and multi-year contracts
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure all event details are clearly communicated and effectively executed
- Align logistical planning and build schedules with clients’ delivery expectations
- Identify and sell additional services—such as production, design, or creative elements—to enhance project value
- Co-develop labor and logistics plans in coordination with the Ops team
- Participate in all key production and pre-event meetings, both internally and with clients
