About TouchCare TouchCare is a healthcare advocacy and benefits-navigation company providing personalized support that helps employees and their families understand and use their benefits while reducing the burden on HR teams. We are carrier- and platform-agnostic and partner across the benefits ecosystem. The Opportunity TouchCare is looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial Director, Growth & Strategic Partnerships to build and lead a scalable growth engine that spans partnerships, market expansion, and revenue diversification. This role goes beyond managing individual partner relationships — it owns TouchCare's broader growth strategy, using partnerships as a primary (but not exclusive) lever alongside new market entry, channel diversification, and cross-functional growth initiatives that expand TouchCare's reach and create measurable value for employers, members, brokers, carriers, health plans, and strategic partners. The ideal candidate thinks like a growth operator first and a partnerships expert second: someone who can identify the highest-leverage paths to growth, build the partnerships and channels to support them, and knows that signing the right partnership is only the beginning — activation, enablement, and continuous optimization are what create long-term value. What You'll Do Growth Strategy & Execution Own TouchCare's overall growth strategy, setting priorities across partnerships, channel expansion, and new market opportunities, aligned with revenue goals, customer needs, and operating capabilities.Identify and evaluate new growth levers beyond traditional partnerships — including co-marketing, embedded/white-label models, adjacent market entry, and product-led growth opportunities — and build the business case for pursuing them.Set and track growth OKRs, translating strategy into measurable targets for partner-sourced pipeline, revenue contribution, market expansion, and retention.Continuously test, measure, and iterate on growth channels, doubling down on what works and sunsetting what doesn't. Partnerships as a Growth Engine Identify, prioritize, and build relationships with benefits brokers and consultants, carriers, health plans, TPAs, ASOs, PEOs, benefits technology platforms, and complementary healthcare partners.Own the full partner lifecycle: prospecting, business-case development, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, enablement, joint go-to-market planning, performance management, renewal, and expansion.Build carrier and health-plan partnership opportunities, including referral relationships, preferred-vendor programs, joint strategic-client solutions, co-sell motions, and co-branded offerings.Position TouchCare as a complementary advocacy and benefits-navigation partner that enhances member experience and engagement without duplicating core carrier functions. Enablement & Cross-Functional Leadership Create compelling growth and partner value propositions, commercial models, joint business plans, and account-mapping strategies.Design a high-touch partner and channel experience, including onboarding, training, sales enablement, communications, and executive business reviews.Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Implementation, Product, Operations, Legal, and Security to ensure successful launches, coordinated go-to-market execution, and strong outcomes across every growth channel. Operations & Reporting Establish scalable processes for referrals, pipeline attribution, deal registration, lead routing, handoffs, partner communications, and reporting.Build and manage dashboards/scorecards tracking growth performance: partner engagement, activated partners, pipeline, revenue, conversion, customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction across all growth initiatives.Use performance data and market feedback to identify which growth motions and partnerships deliver the greatest value, and where TouchCare should invest next. What You'll Bring 7+ years of experience in growth, channel partnerships, strategic alliances, business development, indirect sales, broker distribution, or partner growth — ideally spanning more than one of these.Experience in healthcare, health tech, employee benefits, insurance, benefits administration, advocacy, navigation, carriers, health plans, TPAs, ASOs, PEOs, or related sectors.A track record of building, launching, or scaling growth programs and partnership channels — not simply managing established relationships.Demonstrated ability to think beyond a single channel: comfortable evaluating and prioritizing across partnerships, direct growth initiatives, and new market opportunities.Strong knowledge of the employer-benefits ecosystem, including brokers, consultants, carriers, health plans, and/or benefits technology platforms.Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, and drive joint GTM initiatives.Strong analytical, commercial, and operational skills, including CRM reporting, pipeline management, forecasting, attribution, and KPI development.Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.A hands-on, resourceful approach and comfort creating structure in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. Preferred Qualifications Existing relationships with carriers, health plans, brokers, benefits consultants, TPAs, ASOs, PEOs, or benefits technology companies.Experience with carrier-distribution, co-sell, referral, preferred-vendor, co-branded, white-label, or embedded partnership models.Experience selling or partnering into self-funded employers, HR leaders, benefits leaders, or consultant channels. Background in healthcare navigation, member engagement, care advocacy, clinical programs, or B2B2C healthcare solutions.Prior experience owning a growth function broader than partnerships alone (e.g., growth marketing, new market launch, or revenue operations). Compensation: Base salary $130,000- $150,000 based on experience. This is a high-impact role with meaningful upside for driven, results-oriented sales professionals. Benefits: TouchCare offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, parental leave, and other company-sponsored benefits. Location & Work Environment: Travel: There will be travel associated with this role to support field-based sales efforts and client meetings. TouchCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
