About the role
Oversee strategic partnerships and channel development to drive sales growth and market expansion. Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and executing on key business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic alliances and channel strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer reach.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnership opportunities with key industry players.
- Manage relationships with partners to ensure alignment and mutual success.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align business objectives and drive joint initiatives.
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales and channel management preferred.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and analytics tools.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite.
