About the role

Oversee strategic partnerships and channel development to drive sales growth and market expansion. Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and executing on key business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic alliances and channel strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer reach.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnership opportunities with key industry players.
  • Manage relationships with partners to ensure alignment and mutual success.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align business objectives and drive joint initiatives.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales and channel management preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and analytics tools.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite.
