Responsibilities
- Act as the category subject matter expert to enhance beverage strategy for retailers
- Advise customer leadership, leveraging deep understanding to create value
- Lead beverage category stewardship for retailers
- Identify space opportunities and risks within the beverage category
- Conduct annual customer category assessments to uncover potential opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales to align category development with market-winning strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other Master's preferred
- 5+ years of experience in CPG industry and retail customer experience (manufacturer, retailer, or distributor)
- 8-10+ years of relevant experience is ideal
- Proficiency in category/space management, shopper insights, or advanced analytical capabilities
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders
Pay
$169,000 – $200,000 annually
