About the role
Prime Finance is seeking a talented professional to join our Special Situations group. This role involves sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and structuring debt and equity investments across various asset types and geographies.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and structuring debt and equity investments
- Negotiating deals with clients and partners
- Underwriting and closing investments
- Managing relationships with institutional investors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in investment banking or financial advisory
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Experience in structuring and executing complex financial transactions
Qualifications
- Passionate about investing and finance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of financial markets and regulations
