About the role
Prime Finance is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Special Situations group. This role involves sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and structuring debt and equity investments across various asset types and geographies.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing potential investment opportunities
- Underwriting and structuring debt and equity investments
- Negotiating terms with counterparties
- Managing relationships with clients and partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in investment banking or financial advisory
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Passionate about finance and investment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
Skills
