Director of Capital Planning

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of developers and leading software development projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines and ensure timely delivery of software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Identify and implement best practices in software development and project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development and project management.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C#.
