Duties & Responsibilities
- Build & maintain automated predictive models for lead scoring, member retention, and revenue forecasting
- Analyze ticketing data to optimize revenue strategy via manifest design, pricing, & sales strategies
- Build & maintain customer segmentation and event propensity models
- Lead departmental data visualization strategy across web and mobile platforms
- Lead departmental CRM strategy across web and mobile platforms
- Leverage fan data to proactively identify opportunities to enhance fan experience
- Analyze Rays.TV performance across channels to support content & revenue strategy optimization
- Develop robust dashboards to support in-depth retail & concessions data analysis to develop revenue optimization strategy
- Support cross-departmental ad-hoc requests for data analysis
- Lead fan, customer, partnership, and market research initiatives, including survey development, execution, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making and business growth
- Maintain key relationships with vendors, MLB, and other industry peers to ensure best practices
- Work closely with key stakeholders across departments to proactively identify opportunities for strategic, data-driven solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, analytics, computer science, economics, or a related technical field
- Demonstrated success in leading a Strategy & Analytics team in sports/live entertainment
- Advanced proficiency in written and visual communication, with the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas and information to diverse audiences across the organization
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (Snowflake preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as R or Python
- Experience with Tickets.com/ProVenue is a plus

- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
