Director, Business Development, US West

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Business Development, US West to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will drive strategic growth across the western U.S. by identifying new opportunities, building trusted relationships, and advancing business development efforts with biotech organizations. The Director will partner closely with internal stakeholders to shape sales strategy, negotiate opportunities, and support smooth order fulfillment in a fast-paced scientific services environment. The position requires a strong blend of commercial acumen, life sciences knowledge, and customer relationship management, with meaningful travel anticipated as the territory develops.
