About the role
This position is an exempt position as it relates to the fair labor standards Act.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue and profitability while aligning with the company’s long-term goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including emerging markets, potential clients, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to anticipate opportunities and challenges, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Partner with Segment/Industry/Market Leader(s) to identify opportunities for sales opportunities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of sales and/or business development experience, preferably in a professional services firm
- Minimum of 5+ years strategic business development experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance and/or marketing
Qualifications
This position requires a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a focus on professional services firms. A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or marketing is preferred.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 annually.
