What You'll Do

  • Drive new business growth and expand strategic national accounts
  • Manage a pipeline of 25+ qualified opportunities and a portfolio of target customers
  • Lead customer presentations, proposals, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations
  • Partner with operations and global teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions
  • Maintain CRM activity, forecasts, and account plans

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of sales and business development experience
  • 6+ years in freight forwarding sales
  • Proven success growing revenue and developing strategic customer relationships
  • Strong knowledge of airfreight, ocean freight, and supply chain solutions
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
