What You'll Do

- Lead customer presentations, proposals, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations
- Partner with operations and global teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions
- Maintain CRM activity, forecasts, and account plans
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of sales and business development experience
- 6+ years in freight forwarding sales
- Proven success growing revenue and developing strategic customer relationships
- Strong knowledge of airfreight, ocean freight, and supply chain solutions
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
