Director, Benefits Growth
About the role
This is an opportunity to join PeopleLoop, an AI-first Global Workforce Platform, as a senior revenue leader responsible for building and scaling our national benefits growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale PeopleLoop’s national benefits growth strategy, with accountability for pipeline generation, revenue, and partner performance
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team focused on benefits-led acquisition and expansion
- Establish and grow relationships with brokers, consultants, and strategic partners, driving BOR opportunities and long-term partnerships
- Lead complex, consultative sales engagements across benefits strategy, employee experience, global benefits, and total rewards
- Partner with CEOs, CFOs, and People leaders to align benefits strategy with broader compensation and workforce planning goals
- Create and operationalize repeatable programs and motions across brokerage partnerships, direct sales, and expansion channels
- Implement and manage operating rhythms and performance metrics (pipeline, conversion, partner productivity, revenue outcomes)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless client delivery and experience
- Serve as a thought leader in the benefits space, influencing product direction and go-to-market strategy
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required (BA or equivalent). 10+ years of experience in benefits, brokerage, or advisory-led sales, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth. 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or national-level roles, building and scaling teams or functions. Deep expertise across benefit solutions, including benefits administration, BOR, employee care, wellbeing, global benefits, and total rewards strategy. Strong brokerage or consulting background with experience managing carrier relationships, plan design, and risk advisory. Proven success developing and scaling partner ecosystems, broker channels, or advisory networks. Demonstrated ability to connect benefits strategy to measurable business outcomes (pipeline, revenue, retention, cost optimization). Experience working with executive stakeholders (CEOs, CFOs, CHROs) on strategic workforce and benefits decisions. Strong command of metrics and operating rigor, including pipeline management, forecasting, and partner performance evaluation. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-scaling environment. Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment.
