About the role
The Director, Corporate Growth will lead the strategic development and execution of growth initiatives aimed at expanding the company's reach and influence within key corporate and industry partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, strong business acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with influential corporate leaders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship building.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of growth initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate partners and industry influencers.
- Monitor and report on the progress of growth initiatives, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to inform and enhance growth strategies.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- A proven track record of successfully growing and managing corporate partnerships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with AI tools and technologies is a plus.

Pay
Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
