The role is responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative benefits solutions that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive benefits plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and meet employee needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting benefits offerings.
- Provide guidance on benefits administration and compliance issues.
- Implement new technologies and processes to improve benefits delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in benefits management or related field.
- Experience with benefits technology platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
