About the role

The role is responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative benefits solutions that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive benefits plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and meet employee needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting benefits offerings.
  • Provide guidance on benefits administration and compliance issues.
  • Implement new technologies and processes to improve benefits delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in benefits management or related field.
  • Experience with benefits technology platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of federal and state labor laws.
  • Experience with benefits administration software.
