Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10+ years of experience in donor recruitment training, enablement, learning & development or related fields
• 5+ years leading enterprise or multi-region donor recruitment enablement programs
• Experience designing scalable learning and performance programs across distributed teams
• Strong strategic thinking and program design capabilities
• Knowledge of adult learning, coaching, and performance enablement principles
• Strong facilitation, communication, and influencing skills
• Ability to analyze data to drive performance improvements
• Strong project management and execution skills
• Ability to lead change and influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel (25%)
