Director Associate Program - Camps

About the role

The Director Associate Program begins August 25, 2026, serving as an entry-level opportunity for former WinShape Camps Summer Staff. The position includes assisting the full-time team in preparing for the upcoming camp season, serving as a Camp Director during the summer, and participating in leadership development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects as assigned to support the work of camps
• Work 25-29 hours per week in the WinShape Camps office (role may be specialized or general in nature)
• Serve as a Camp Director for WinShape Camps for Communities during the summer
• Engage in leadership development events throughout the year (approximately 10% of work time)
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Completed at least two years of college or equivalent work experience
• Served at least one summer on staff with WinShape Camps
• Demonstrated skills in communication, time management, and leadership
• Basic computer proficiency; Microsoft Office experience preferred
• Maintain regular office hours (25-29 hours/week) in the Atlanta, GA office

Qualifications

• A self-professing Christ follower, actively involved in a Christian faith community and pursuing Christ consistently
• Must hold or obtain a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record
