Job Summary

ChristianaCare is seeking a Director of Operations, Ambulatory Specialty Network to lead operations across multiple specialty ambulatory sites and shape the future of healthcare delivery.

• Lead multi-specialty ambulatory operations across a regional network.
• Champion an exceptional patient, caregiver and consumer experience.
• Drive strategic initiatives that improve access, quality, safety, efficiency, and growth.
• Standardize workflows and operational best practices across sites.
• Build and lead high-performing teams focused on engagement and accountability.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to implement innovative solutions and new models of care.
• Oversee budgets, financial performance, capital planning, and operational results.
• Use data and key performance indicators to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Proven success leading operational transformation and performance improvement initiatives.
• Strong financial, strategic, and business acumen.
• Experience driving results through collaboration, influence, and relationship-building.
• Ability to translate strategy into action and deliver measurable outcomes.

Annual Compensation Range

$100,152.00 - $160,243.20
