Director, AI Transformation

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery within a leader in the Legal & Accounting space. You will collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications on knowledge management, innovation, and AI
• Collaborate with Marketing to support external AI and innovation strategies
• Ensure consistent messaging across AI and technology initiatives
• Represent the firm in legal innovation communities and conferences
• Implement enterprise change management strategies for AI and innovation
• Develop scalable change management functions for technology adoption
• Coordinate departmental operations and project governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees preferred
• 10+ years in communications or change management roles, with senior leadership experience
• Significant experience in a law firm or professional services organization
• Proven record in leading technology and AI initiatives with measurable results
• Exceptional communication skills for diverse professional audiences
• Experience managing digital workplace or enterprise communication platforms
• Familiarity with AI client requirements and RFP processes

Pay

$245,000 – $360,000 annually
