Director, AI Ecosystem Partnerships

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the company’s AI ecosystem partnership strategy to enhance product innovation and market expansion
• Cultivate strategic relationships with AI platform companies and ISVs
• Drive integrations embedding the company into partner platforms and AI stacks
• Manage a portfolio of technology partnerships aligned with the company’s database capabilities
• Develop joint value propositions to solve enterprise AI infrastructure challenges
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on technical integrations
• Create co-marketing initiatives to boost awareness of joint company solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; technical background a strong plus
• 8+ years in technology partnerships, business development, or solutions alliances, particularly in AI or data infrastructure
• Deep understanding of the AI/ML ecosystem including LLM platforms and vector databases
• Proven experience in driving product-level integrations and ecosystem strategies that yield measurable outcomes
• Ability to engage technically and commercially with diverse stakeholders
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with BD, Product, Engineering, and Marketing
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts

Pay

$130,000 – $180,000 annually
