Director Advisory Services
Position Overview
Falcon Wealth Planning is seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Advisory Services to lead and elevate our advisory organization during an exciting period of growth. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, advisor development, client service consistency, and scalable processes across the advisory department.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and oversee the firm's Advisory Services department.
Establish scalable operational processes supporting continued firm growth.
Ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across all advisory teams.
Drive strategic initiatives that improve advisor productivity and client experience.
Lead and develop advisory leaders and advisors.
Foster accountability, collaboration, and a high-performance culture.
Strengthen team dynamics while creating clear career development paths.
Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and leadership development.
Partner with advisors to improve planning quality and client outcomes.
Ensure a consistent, exceptional client experience across every advisory team.
Develop best practices for client engagement and relationship management.
Support advisors with complex client situations and planning strategies.
Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
Develop standardized procedures and scalable processes.
Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Trading, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to improve cross-functional effectiveness.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout Advisory Services.
Utilize Salesforce reporting and dashboards to analyze advisor productivity and business performance.
Monitor KPIs including advisor capacity, revenue, client service metrics, pipeline management, and operational effectiveness.
Identify coaching opportunities and drive strategic decision-making based on reporting and analytics.
Recommend improvements based on reporting and analytics.
Partner closely with executive leadership on firm-wide strategic initiatives.
Aid in organizational planning, departmental growth, and resource allocation.
Identify opportunities to improve scalability while preserving Falcon's culture and client-first philosophy.
Champion innovation and continuous improvement across the advisory organization.
Qualifications
7+ years of leadership experience within a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA).
Strong understanding of wealth management operations and advisory services.
Previous experience leading and developing advisory teams.
Demonstrated success improving operational processes and driving organizational efficiency.
Strong Salesforce reporting and data analysis experience.
Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
Preferred: CFP® designation, experience working within high-growth RIAs, experience implementing scalable advisory processes and team structures, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
