About the Role
Oversee daily operations of the center, ensuring academic and commercial excellence. Lead and inspire a team, creating a motivating and inclusive environment. Drive enrollment and retention through effective sales and marketing strategies. Foster strong relationships with families and the local community, promoting our mission and values.
Requirements
- Experience in education, retail, or team management (school director, store manager, assistant director, etc.)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset, customer-focused, and relationship-building
- B2 level or higher English proficiency
- Sexual offenses certificate, mandatory by law for working with minors in Spain
