About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our new MANGO store at Westfield Glòries in Barcelona. This is a full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including accounting, budgeting, hiring, discipline, and employee scheduling.
• Implement merchandising, financial management, and sales team supervision.
• Ensure execution of all organizational policies at the store level to meet sales targets and profit goals.
• Provide guidance for co-management of the store and departmental management.
• Advise and direct departmental management to resolve operational issues and improve performance and conditions.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion.
• Experience in team management and development.
• Commercial orientation and knowledge of key KPIs.
• Leadership ability, delegation skills, and decision-making capacity.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Customer and results-focused mindset.
• Autonomy in operational store management.
• Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Potential to grow into a Store Manager role.
• Willingness to relocate between stores in Barcelona and surrounding areas.
