Direct Support Staff

Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals with mental health disabilities
• Work 24/7/365 days a year in clients' homes
• Schedule shifts within 30 miles of your residence
• Receive all necessary training and certifications at no cost
• Participate in an ongoing training program

Requirements

• Active driver's license and reliable vehicle
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
