About the role

At Home Living Adult Foster Care division believes in clients' right to live in the least-restrictive environment, ensuring homes allow fulfilled lives while remaining safe and well-cared-for. All homes have 4 bedrooms each. Most clients can live independently but need help with certain tasks; some programs have additional cares and a higher starting wage. Division seeks caring, compassionate, genuine staff who want to make a difference, open to college students, career changers, or seasoned healthcare providers. Location: Woodbury, MN.

Responsibilities

• Cooking and cleaning
• Medication administration & documentation
• Socializing with residents (playing games, watching movies, going for walks, bonfires, etc.)
• Going to appointments & outings with clients (shopping, movies, fishing, etc.)
• Making a difference in the lives of others

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Pass a MN DHS Background Study
• Available to work every other weekend
• Current Driver's License, Car Insurance, and a Clean Record
