Direct Support Professional Substitute

About the role

Direct Support Professional staff function as members of teams responsible for the direct care and instruction of individuals living in community residential homes in accordance with state, federal and Agency guidelines. They contribute to the creation of a safe, healthy emotional and physical environment for individuals.

Job type: Substitute position.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation.
• No prior experience required; training provided for interested and eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current valid driver's license.
• Willingness to undergo background checks in accordance with local laws/regulations.

Benefits

• Sign‑on bonus potential: up to $2,700 in the first two years of employment.

Pay

$19.02 per hour.
