What You’ll Do

• Be a Hero of Daily Life – Help kids with daily activities, at home and in the community.
• Teach & Inspire – Guide them in gaining social, self-help, and independence skills.
• Encourage Growth – Support progress, follow behavior plans, and help them navigate challenges with patience and care.
• Create Opportunities – Open new doors for safety, independence, and community involvement.

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives

• Pay Range: $19.00 – $20.50/per hour, based on experience and education.
• Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 10-15 hours per week required.
• Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability.
• Additional Pay Incentives: An additional incentive of $0.50 up to $2 per hour can be applied for applicable cases.
• Schedule Needs: Mon-Friday after 1pm Sat/Sunday after 12pm.
