Direct Support Professional - Rural Duluth

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal cares, activities of daily living, grooming, cooking, cleaning, and laundry
• Demonstrate positive and supportive behavior with clients and coworkers
• Administer medication
• Document services provided daily in electronic records and computer system
• Socialize with residents and participate in activities with them
• Accompany clients to appointments

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to pass a MN DHS background study
• Every other weekend availability required
• Reliable transportation preferred (non-drivers receive $0.50/hour less)

Second (Evening) shift

Part-time, on-site

Pay

$17.50 - $19.00 per hour (varies depending on program)
