Pay: $20.70-$24.70 per hour
Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly

- Follow individualized support plans, agency procedures, and established practices to maintain quality residential services
- Safely transport individuals to appointments, recreational activities, and community outings using agency vehicles when assigned
Keep Communication & Documentation on Track
- Complete electronic documentation, daily service notes, medication records, and required reports accurately and on time
- Share important updates and concerns with supervisors, coworkers, families, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Work collaboratively with the residential team to maintain consistent, high-quality services

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid New Jersey driver's license in good standing with no more than five (5) motor vehicle points
- Ability to successfully complete all required background checks, screenings, and agency onboarding requirements
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while demonstrating professionalism, flexibility, and sound judgment
- Demonstrate employment stability, including at least one (1) year of longevity with a previous employer
