Schedule: Evening Shift | 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
Weekend Availability: Required
Pay: $20.70-$24.70 per hour
Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly

Promote Health, Safety & Well-Being

  • Remain attentive to individuals' physical, emotional, and behavioral needs and respond appropriately to changing situations
  • Follow individualized support plans, agency procedures, and established practices to maintain quality residential services
  • Safely transport individuals to appointments, recreational activities, and community outings using agency vehicles when assigned

Keep Communication & Documentation on Track

  • Complete electronic documentation, daily service notes, medication records, and required reports accurately and on time
  • Share important updates and concerns with supervisors, coworkers, families, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Work collaboratively with the residential team to maintain consistent, high-quality services

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid New Jersey driver's license in good standing with no more than five (5) motor vehicle points
  • Ability to successfully complete all required background checks, screenings, and agency onboarding requirements
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while demonstrating professionalism, flexibility, and sound judgment
  • Demonstrate employment stability, including at least one (1) year of longevity with a previous employer
