Direct Support Professional- Overnights

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable individual to join our overnight team. You will provide essential support to individuals with disabilities, ensuring their safety and well-being while fostering independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support individuals to ensure a safe, stable environment.
• Aid in bedtime routines, hygiene, and morning transitions.

Requirements

• Valid driver license, acceptable driving record, no history of neglect, abuse or exploitation.
• Extensive background checks will be completed.

Qualifications

• Must be employed by a Non-Profit organization such as Opportunity Resources, Inc. and working 30 hours or more as a Regular Staff.
• Eligible for loan forgiveness under the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program if applicable.
