Responsibilities
- Care for adults with developmental disabilities in a team‑oriented group home setting.
- Provide direct care including bathing, toileting, feeding, dressing, and maintaining all aspects of daily living skills.
- Ensure individuals are properly cared for and supported in developing healthy habits and independence.
Requirements
No prior experience required; Able2 provides detailed, paid on‑the‑job training. Candidates should be dedicated, empathetic, and willing to work as a team.
Skills
- Valid/clean driver’s license (preferred, not required)
- Verbal and written communication skills

Pay
Competitive hourly rate ranging from $20.45 to $21.65 per hour, based on experience, with additional differentials available for AMAP certification and driver eligibility.
Schedule
Both 8‑hour and 10‑hour shifts are available to meet your needs.
