About the role

The role involves providing direct support to clients in a one-to-one setting, focusing on enhancing their quality of life through personalized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on client needs
• Provide daily support and supervision to clients
• Document client progress and communicate with supervisors and families
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (social work, psychology, etc.)
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a direct support role
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
