About the role
The role involves providing direct support to clients in an outpatient setting, including assisting with daily activities and ensuring client safety.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor clients' health and safety needs, reporting any issues to supervisors.
- Engage in recreational activities and social interactions to promote client well-being.
- Document client progress and any necessary adjustments to care plans.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or medical conditions preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy.

Pay
$18.00 per hour.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
