Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the residential facility
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
- Provide leadership and support to a team of direct support professionals
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage
- Handle crisis situations and emergencies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain a safe and supportive environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a similar setting
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing residential care facilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Current CPR certification
- First aid certification
