About the role

We are looking for an intentional, goal-oriented Direct Support Professional (DSP) to partner with an active, creative 22-year-old male as he works toward major adulthood milestones. This is not just a caregiving role; it is a mentorship position focused on building real-world independence, planning purposeful activities, and expanding community connections.

Activities & interests

• Enjoys drawing & cooking
• Building miniature cranes
• Collecting Matchbox cars
• YMCA, swimming, movies, & bumper cars

Goals

• Planning intentional, purposeful community activities
• Prepping for his own apartment and finding a job
• Introducing him to new opportunities and friendships
