Responsibilities
- Support individuals with disabilities in achieving their goals and aspirations
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Provide companionship, assistance, and advocacy as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and occasional evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passing scores on pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
