Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Prescott Valley, AZ

About the Role

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Endeavor DDD Services, you'll work directly with children and adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and throughout the Prescott Valley community. Your role is to help individuals build confidence, develop life skills, and experience greater independence while forming meaningful one-on-one relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines and independent living skills
• Encourage participation in community activities and recreation
• Assist with personal care when needed
• Teach practical life skills through everyday experiences
• Celebrate milestones and personal achievements
• Partner with families and Care Coordinators to provide exceptional support

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Arizona driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Completion of paid training provided by Endeavor

Schedule

Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available, including afternoon, evening, and weekend schedules.
