Direct Support Professional (DSP)- Overnights
About the role
ReMed, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner, is a growing organization dedicated to providing exceptional neurological rehabilitation to adults with brain injury. For more than 35 years, we've developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries, including post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues, and accident or sports-related head injuries.
We are searching for Direct Support Professionals to work overnights (Saturday–Thursday) in our residential programs located in Greensburg and Irwin, Pennsylvania. This position provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote our clients' success in daily living tasks, recreational activities, and vocational pursuits.
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with personal care and hygiene
- Assisting clients with therapies
- Driving and accompanying clients to appointments, activities, and other outings
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license and maintain responsible driving behaviors
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Diplomas from non-U.S. educational institutions must include professional documentation/evaluation that the non-U.S. educational program is equivalent to or exceeds U.S. educational requirements; documentation is required prior to becoming an employee
Qualifications
- Comfortable working with a variety of medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients

Pay
- Staff ratio: 3:6 for overnight
