Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP)

About the role

ASI-NE is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide residential group homes and community support services to adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses. The position offers paid training and a competitive hourly wage, which can increase based on experience and driving ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses.
• Engage residents in activities that promote their independence and community involvement.
• Attend all mandatory trainings and staff meetings to ensure compliance with HCBS standards.
• Travel to various locations within Kennebec, Androscoggin, Franklin, and Oxford counties as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to pass a criminal history background check.
• Willing to travel and have reliable transportation.

Pay

$18.00 to $22.00 per hour, with an additional hourly rate for applicants with a satisfactory driver's license and an active CRMA.
