Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, promoting independence, autonomy, and personal growth
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with the individuals we support, their families, and service providers
- Assist with daily living skills, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management
- Encourage socialization, community involvement, and access to community resources
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized support plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of support provided

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred
- Ability to lift, move, and transfer individuals with mobility impairments
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
