About the Role

Join Braverhood as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with special needs. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule for weekdays and/or weekends, with an hourly rate of $18 - $20.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support in the home and community
• Help individuals achieve personal goals
• Encourage communication, socialization, and independence
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Document services and progress
• Follow agency and OPWDD requirements

Requirements

• Experience working with individuals with special needs preferred
• Experience with children or young adults preferred
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable, accountable, and punctual
• U.S. Citizen or valid work authorization
• Complete required paid DSP training after hire

Casual, appropriate, and respectful attire is expected.
