As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our Day Program, you'll provide one-on-one support to an individual, helping them safely participate in activities, build relationships with peers, and access the community while working toward personal and employment goals. Every day is different. You might be leading an activity, exploring the community, teaching life skills, encouraging independence, or simply being the person who helps someone succeed. You'll create opportunities for growth while building genuine relationships that make a lasting impact.
