Direct Support Professional (DSP) Blair

About the role

Alora Supports is hiring a caring, reliable Direct Support Professional to provide one-on-one support to an adult in Blair, Nebraska. This is a part-time opportunity offering approximately 20 hours per week, primarily during afternoon and early evening hours.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM
• Saturday: Approximately 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM (with some flexibility)

Requirements

• Medication Aide certification
• CPR and First Aid certification
• MANDT certification
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Missing a certification? Alora Supports will provide and fully pay for required training.

Qualifications

• Caring, patient, dependable, and committed to providing consistent, person-centered support
• Experience with IDD, special needs, caregiving, DSP work, or behavioral health is preferred but not required
